It has always been said that "you can't make a good deal with a bad guy" and
boy, is that true. We all know that integrity is key. You and every one of your
employees need to remember this. You must be a good person.
I am not preaching or telling you how to live your life, but if you go home every
night and beat your dog because you had a bad day, you are not a good person.
You need to carry on the same conduct and ethics in your personal life as you
do your business life. You need to be sincere, honest, and of good moral
character. People will see right through you if this isn't the case.
I will not elaborate on this in detail. I think you all know what I am coming from.
Just remember, you can't make a good deal with a bad guy.
